Product DescriptionThe SMC MHC2-25D-M9BW is an MHC2 Series angular-style pneumatic air gripper designed for automated gripping and handling applications. It features a compact body with a double-piston mechanism, providing high gripping force while maintaining a small installation footprint.
The gripper has a 25 mm bore, double-acting operation, and an effective gripping moment of 1.36 N·m at 0.5 MPa. Its angular fingers operate within an opening/closing range of approximately 30° to -10°, making it suitable for workpieces with irregular shapes or applications where installation space is limited.
The M9BW option provides a two-color, non-contact solid-state auto switch, with a 2-wire configuration, LED indicator and DC 10–28 V operating range.
